New GraphicsFlow Feature: Create Art Approvals Directly From Stock Art Workspace

Bottom Line Up Front: We’ve added a new feature to GraphicsFlow that enhances the experience for you and your customers. You can now create a brand new Art Approval inside the Stock Art workspace.
We’ve added a new feature to GraphicsFlow that further streamlines the art creation and approval process for you and your team. You can now create new Art Approvals directly from the Stock Art workspace simply by right-clicking on a design idea.
Check out the video directly below, which walks through how to access this handy new function:
When you right-click on a design idea, you’ll see several options, the top one being “Add to Art Approval.” Click through that option, and you’ll now see an option that says “Create New Art Approval.”
You can also still add art to an existing Art Approval by pulling it up through the search field at the top of the window or browsing the recently modified Art Approvals list.
With this new direct Art Approval creation feature, you’ll add a project name and description to the approval, then hit “create and add file.” Once you’ve started that Art Approval, it’ll appear in the recently modified list of Art Approvals. From there, you can add additional content like other design ideas or fonts if you need to give your customers multiple options.
This updated functionality speeds up the workflow of creating, sending, and managing Art Approvals. That means you and your team can turn ideas into finalized designs faster and bring in more customers.
